Program brief · for approval
On Saturdays and Sundays the campus sits empty — 104 days a year. This program rents those days out for birthdays, quinces, team days and company events, operated by Shelton After School. It needs no investment, no new hire, and touches no school day.

One event
A typical Saturday birthday: the Cafeteria 2 and kids park package, $800. The split is taken on the full price, with nothing deducted first, because the school provides the opening, closing and cleaning of the campus.
Over a year
There are 104 weekend days in a year, so even the busiest row does not fill the calendar.
| Scenario | Billed / month | To the school — year 1 (40%) | From year 2 (50%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Year one, conservative 4 events a month | $3,200 | $15,360 | $19,200 |
| Established 8 events a month | $6,400 | $30,720 | $38,400 |
| Busy 12 events a month | $9,600 | $46,080 | $57,600 |
